X-Wave play structure at Playfront Park to be removed from playground Wednesday, August 7

 

 

[DULUTH, MN] Due to manufacturer discontinuation, the X-Wave play structure at Playfront Park is scheduled to be removed Wednesday, August 7. While the X-Wave play structure is a playground favorite, the structure and its parts are no longer manufactured, and the last remaining part available to the City of Duluth was installed earlier this year.

Parks and Recreation staff are working with the playground equipment manufacturer to identify replacement equipment and a timeline for installation.
