Portion of Cross City Trail reopens after construction

[Duluth, MN] A segment of the Cross City Trail between South Central Avenue and Recycle Way is now reopened. This portion of trail was closed on May 9 due to a wastewater pipe replacement project conducted by the Western Lake Superior Sanitary District (WLSSD). The project has now been completed, and the trail restored.
