Lakewalk detour between N. 45th and N. 51st Avenue East to begin tomorrow, September 21

[Duluth, MN] As part of the ongoing East Superior Street Reconditioning Project, a detour of the Lakewalk between North 45th Avenue East and North 51st Avenue East will be in effect beginning tomorrow, September 21. The detour will follow London Road. This project includes upgrades that meet the American Disabilities Act (ADA) standards and consist of new pedestrian ramps and curb at all intersections. The closure and detour are expected to last approximately one week.

This project is being financed by the City of Duluth through federal and Minnesota State Aid funds.
