Yellow Flag Warning Issued Today for Park Point Beach
A yellow flag warning has been issued today by the Duluth Weather Service NOAA, Duluth Fire Department and Parks and Recreation Division for Park Point Beach. Conditions are favorable for rip currents to delvelop. People are advised to use caution when entering the water. Yellow flags have been posted at the 12th Street South "s" curve, LaFayette Recreation Center and in front of the Park Point Beach house. Lifeguards will remain on duty today until 4:00 PM.
