Portion of the Cross City Trail has reopened

[Duluth, MN] The portion of the Cross City Trail that was closed this morning due to flooding has been reopened. City crews have drained the water and removed ice to make it passable and safe.  The water issues may persist throughout the spring, and future closures may be necessary.  City staff are evaluating the site for a long-term fix, and will continue to monitor the site for safety and usability.
