Portion of the Cross City Trail closed due to flooding

 

[Duluth, MN] A portion of the Cross City Trail has been closed to flooding. The closed section is located at North Central Avenue to Recycle Way. The flooding is over a foot deep in places and is mixed with ice. This closure will remain in place until the flooding has been resolved.
