Early this morning, the Duluth Fire Department was called for the report of a fire in a single family dwelling at the listed address. Initial arriving crews to the scene found fire coming from the windows in the east rear corner of the building. Searches of the building found no occupants. 

The fire was quickly knocked down and a second search was conducted of the building. Again, no occupants were found.

 There were no civilian or firefighter injuries reported. Damage estimates to the building are set at $50,000. The cause of the fire is under investigation and any further inquires should be directed to the Duluth Fire Department Fire Marshal's Office.

Crews from Downtown, UMD and Spirit Valley worked on the fire. Duluth Police Department nd Mayo ambulance were also on scene to render assistance.
