Ely’s Peak tunnel and portion of DWP Trail Reopen

[Duluth, MN] Ely’s Peak tunnel, and a portion of the DWP Trail connection to the Munger Trail, in addition to the Becks Road parking lot has reopened for public use. This area was closed for rock-scaling at the end of May as a part of the DWP Mini-Master Plan.
