Michigan Street Intersection to Close for Cable Installation Project

[Duluth, MN] Minnesota Power will be working on a project to install cable from Michigan Street to the 1st Street Alley along 2nd Avenue East. This work will take place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Tuesday April 21 through Thursday April 23. The intersection of Michigan Street and 2nd Avenue East will be closed and traffic will be routed up 1st Avenue East. Two way traffic will be established along Michigan Street between 1st Avenue East and 2nd Avenue East to allow for local access. The intersection of Superior Street and 2nd Avenue will be changed to a flashing red condition.
