Western Waterfront Pulaski Street Trail Head to Close for Restoration Project

[Duluth, MN]  The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, in partnership with the City of Duluth Parks and Recreation Division, is conducting a wetland restoration project at Kingsbury Bay beginning on October 7, 2019. This project requires the closure of the Pulaski Street parking lot and a portion of the Western Waterfront Trail for equipment staging and access. Users should obey posted signs and can use alternate parking options at Grand Avenue, Riverside Drive, and Spring Street. The project is scheduled to be completed in December of 2020.
