At 00:36 hours this morning, the Duluth Fire Department responded to garage fire at 302 West Orange St. Upon arrival crews found detached Garage fully involved with Roof collapsed and walls tipping in. Fire was extinguished but due to the advanced stage of the fire when we arrived garage and its content are a total loss estimated around $80,000.
No damage to house with Residents at home at time of fire and no civilian or Firefighter injuries.
The Duluth Fire Marshal's office is investigating fire with no additional information available at this time.
Fire companies from Mall, Spirit Valley, and Headquarters responded to fire along with the Duluth Police Department.
