Open Skate for school release this week and Boo Bash party on October 25
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Parks and Recreation will offer specially scheduled open skating sessions for MEA School Release days this week for students and another special skating party for the upcoming Halloween holiday at the Essentia Health Duluth Heritage Sports Center, 120 South 30th Ave West. These sessions are free to the public and limited skates are available for use.
Open Skating for Students and Families During MEA School Release Days are:
Thursday, October 19, 1:30-3:30 pm
Friday, October 20, 1:30-3:30 pm
Boo Bash Ice Skating Party
The City of Duluth Parks and Recreation invites the public to a free “Boo Bash” open ice skating party scheduled for October 25, 2017 from 6:30-8:00 PM. All ages are welcome and costumes are encouraged. There will be a costume contest, live DJ music and light show, face painting, haunted locker rooms, creepy science activities, crafts, and treats! Bring a non-perishable food item to donate. Boo Bash is co-sponsored with the Essentia Health DHSC, Duluth Children’s Museum, Boys & Girls Club of the Northland, Duluth Parks and Recreation, Minnesota Power, Whole Foods Co-op, Enbridge and Altec.
