The Duluth Fire Department will be hosting an open house today at Headquarters Fire Station 602 W 2nd Street from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
in recognition of Fire Prevention Week. There will be free hot dogs, soda, and chances to win gift cards to Texas Roadhouse. The Kitchen Trailer will be set up for demonstrations, kids can spray water at a mock house, tour the fire station and watch repelling demonstrations, and pick up free educational materials.
The Duluth Fire Department would like to remind people to replace their smoke alarms if they at 10 or more years old.
