CENTENARIAN BIRTHDAY PARTY TO BE HELD OCTOBER 18
[Duluth, MN] - The South Pioneer Hall at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center (DECC) will be the scene for the annual “100 Year Birthday Party Celebration” Wednesday, October 18, at 10 am. The City of Duluth will honor six individuals celebrating their centenarian birthdays! The public is invited to attend.
Dan Hanger from Fox 21 News will be the host and read a short biography on each guest before presenting a special certificate of honor from the City. The audience will sing "Happy Birthday" and everyone will get to enjoy birthday cake and coffee.
The media is welcome to interview willing guests to gain insight on their interesting life stories. The following are expected to attend:

The party is held in conjunction with the Northland Senior Expo and is sponsored by the City of Duluth with support from the AEOA Senior Dining Program, The North Shore Estates, and Age Well Arrowhead. Come to Pioneer Hall at 9:30 am to get a good seat while enjoying music performed by the talented Chmielewski Funtime Band. Stay after the party for more music by Rickey Lee along with all the exhibits and other entertaining features of the Northland Senior Expo.
