Free Open Skate for the Public Starts Today, September 20 


[Duluth, MN] - The summer open skate program organized through the City of Duluth Parks and Recreation in partnership with the Essentia Health Duluth Heritage Sports Center is transitioning from summer to the school year schedule. Today, September 20, marks the start of open skating for the school year. These skating sessions run every Wednesday night that school is in session from 6:30-8:00 pm and is located at 120 South 30th Ave West.


Watch for special skating parties to be announced that celebrate various holidays such as the Boo Bash or the Gobbler Glide.


Open skate is free to all participants. Children under the age of 10 should be accompanied by an adult. Please bring your own skates.
