Bagged Leaves No Longer Needed for Duluth Rose Garden This Year
[Duluth, MN] - Effective immediately, Duluth Parks is no longer accepting bagged leaves at the Duluth Rose Garden. Enough bags have been collected for the winterizing of the Roses. Due to the warm temperatures, Duluth Parks will delay placing the collected leaf bags in order to protect the roses and prevent them from overheating. However, the collection site is closed and we thank the public for their contributions.
Please bring bagged leaves to WLSSD’s Yard Waste Compost Site located at 2626 Courtland Ave. Leaves and grass clippings are accepted free of charge. For hours and fees, please visit WLSSD online at www.wlssd.com or call 218-722-0761.
