Public invited to try new sport, Pickleball

 

[Duluth, MN] - The Duluth Parks and Recreation staff are always developing fun and free opportunities for residents to stay active and make use  of the beautiful parks amenities we have throughout the city. City staff welcome the public to join local players and learn about the new and exciting sport of pickleball. Pickleball is a sport that combines badminton, tennis and table tennis.  There will be instructions and games will be conducted by local pickleball players. All equipment will be provided. This event is free and all ages are welcome to participate.

 

Location: Wheeler Sports Complex tennis courts, 3501 Grand Ave

Date: Friday, June 24th from 6-8pm
