The State of Minnesota has declared April 11-15, 2016 Severe Storm Awareness Week. As part of 2016 Severe Weather Awareness Week in Minnesota there will be two statewide tornado drills conducted on April 14. Included in the tornado drill, the City of Duluth outdoor warning sirens will be activated at 1:45 pm and 6:55 pm.
