Meet and Greet for Seniors at Portman Community Center April 12

 

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Parks and Recreation division is inviting all fun loving senior residents to attend a special meet and greet at Portman Community Center, 4601 McCulloch Street, on April 12, 2016 from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. The event will feature music by Jerry Allen and Arron Leblanc, refreshments, door prizes and other fun activities.  

 

Seniors will get a chance to mingle and learn more about regularly scheduled classes and activities at the Center such as card games, exercise classes, defensive driving, or Bingo to name a few. Additional program information is available on the Parks and Recreation website at  http://www.duluthmn.gov/parks/senior-programs/  Later this month on April 27, a Senior Appreciation Day is scheduled from 1-3 pm at Morgan Park Community Center. This event is also free.
