Duluth Parks Commission to hold Public Hearing on Fairmount Park and Lake Superior Zoo

Concept Plan

 

[Duluth, MN] - The Duluth Parks Commission will be holding a public hearing this week on the revised Fairmount Park and Lake Superior Zoo concept plan on February 10, 2016 at 5:00 PM, in the Duluth City Council Chambers, 411 West First Street, as part of its regular monthly meeting.  The consultant, HGA, will be presenting a revised Fairmount Park and Lake Superior Zoo concept plan to the Parks Commission, based on public input compiled since January 19, 2016, after which the public will have an opportunity to comment. The plan will be available online following the Wednesday meeting. The public is encouraged to attend.

 

An upcoming Committee of the Whole presentation on a further refined concept plan is scheduled for Monday, February 22, 2016 in the Duluth City Council Chambers at 5:15 PM. The public is invited to a public hearing to be convened by the Duluth Parks Commission following this presentation in Room 303 of Duluth City Hall.
