Free Ice Skating Event at the DECC January 31

 

Open Skating also Offered at Duluth Heritage Center During Mid-Winter Break

 

[Duluth, MN] - On Sunday, January 31, the City of Duluth Parks and Recreation along with its partners (DECC, UMD Bulldogs, and Amsoil Arena) are offering free open ice skating from 3-5 PM at the DECC ice arena, located on the lower level. The public is encouraged to participate in this free skating event that is perfect for all ages. There will be music and free prizes for kids. Participants must bring their own skates. Children under 10 years of age must be supervised by an accompanying adult and helmets are highly recommended. 

As a reminder, open indoor ice skating is available during the school year each Wednesday night 6:30-8 PM and during the upcoming mid-winter break for families and youth February 15-19 from 2-4 PM at the Duluth Heritage Sports Center, 120 S. 30th Ave West.
