SUBJECT: Parks and Recreation Needs Umpires for 2010 Season

Parks and Recreation in need of additional slow pitch softball umpires for upcoming 2010 season.

 

The City of Duluth Parks and Recreation Division is in need of additional umpires for the 2010 adult slow pitch season games held at the Wheeler fields.  Umpires will be paid $23 per one hour game.  All interested umpires must attend a clinic which will be held on Saturday, April 10th from 10:00 AM-11:30 AM at the Buffalo House located at 2590 Guss Road.  The cost for the clinic and the USSSA registration fee is $65 payable the day of the clinic. 

A makeup clinic will be held on April 14th at the Washington Center located at 310 North 1st Avenue West, time to be announced later.
