Rose Tipping Event for October 24 Canceled

 

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is informing the public that due to wet soil conditions, the Rose Tipping event that was scheduled for tomorrow, October 24 at 9:00 AM in the Duluth Rose Garden must be canceled. This event will not be rescheduled.

 

The City thanks its many dedicated volunteers who generously care for our treasured park spaces.
