Public Invited to Free Skating Events

 

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Parks and Recreation division is inviting the public to free skating events and upcoming specially themed skate parties. These skating events are offered in partnership with the Duluth Heritage Sports Center and is free and open to anyone. Participants are encouraged to bring their own skates.   

 

Regular Open Skating Schedule: Every Wednesday, 6:30-8 pm

Special Skate and Scare Event: October 29, 6-8 pm - Come dress in costume! Bring a non-perishable food item to donate. Play games, visit a mad scientist lab, and paint your face!  (Sponsored by the City of Duluth, Duluth Heritage Sports Center, Dave Goldberg Boys and Girls Club, Duluth Children's Museum)

Additional hours are scheduled during school breaks such as this week for MEA. Skating will be open tomorrow, October 17 from 2-4 PM.  Other events and details are available at www.duluthmn.gov/parks/programsactivities/
