PUBLIC INVITED TO THE CENTENARIAN BIRTHDAY PARTY!!
 
 
[Duluth,MN] - South Pioneer Hall at the DECC will be the scene for the annual “100 Year Birthday Party Celebration” tomorrow, October 16, 2014 at 10:00 AM.  The City of Duluth will honor 13 individuals celebrating 100 or more years of living in 2014.  Their life stories are interesting and inspiring and the changes from early in their lives to today are particularly startling in scope. 
 
Dan Hanger and Diane Alexander from Fox 21 will emcee and read a short biography on each guest. Mayor Don Ness will present a special certificate of honor to each from the City, the audience will sing a rousing “Happy Birthday to You”, and birthday cake and coffee will be served to wrap things up.
 
The media is welcome to interview willing guests for some very interesting discussions.  The following are expected to attend:
