Chester Creek Concert to Feature Pot Bellied Stallions and Celebration of Chester Park Ski Jumping (revised information)

 

[Duluth, MN] - Join the community on August 5, 2014 for a very special Chester Creek Concert in Chester Bowl Park. The Pot Bellied Stallions will take the stage at 7:00 PM and as part of the special tribute to the Chester Park Ski Jump Program, photos and other memorabilia will be available for public viewing along with an opportunity to talk with former Olympic ski jumpers.

Attendees will have a chance to view historical information on display about Duluth's historic ski jump and learn about the future plans to memorialize the jump.

The public is also reminded that flood related repairs continue on Skyline Parkway near the park. Access to Chester Bowl on August 5 will be limited to the east entry point of Chester Bowl as work will start on the bridge just west of the park entrance.
