Hartley Park Mini-Master Plan Comments Due April 30
 
        [Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Parks and Recreation division is seeking public input on the Hartley Park Mini-Master Plan. The deadline for comments is Wednesday, April 30, 2014. The plan serves to develop a framework for improvements and how to manage resources at Hartley Park over the next 5-10 years.
