Raising of the Roses Changed to April 29 and May 3

 

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Parks and Recreation division is changing the date for raising the rose bushes this Saturday, April 26, due to the recent and unexpected snowfall. Volunteers are encouraged to come out Tuesday, April 29 from 3-6 pm and again on Saturday, May 3rd from 9-12 pm to help prepare the roses for a beautiful blooming season. Please dress accordingly. Staff will be on hand to guide and teach volunteers.
