Public Invited to Master Planning Meeting for Hartley Park Tuesday, August 13th

The public is invited to review the draft plan for Hartley Park. Consultants from SRF Consulting have been working with Nature Center and City Staff to develop a Master Plan for Hartley Park, which includes the Woodland Community Recreation Area. The public is invited to review initial draft documents and maps and give their input and feedback at an open house on Tuesday, August 13 from 6-7:30 pm. at the Hartley Nature Center, 3001 Woodland Avenue. The plan will incorporate all aspects of the park, from its ball fields to trails to how to manage the invasive vegetation. The plan will become a guideline for the City of Duluth in partnership with Hartley Nature Center.
