Public Invited to Review Concept Plan for Irving Recreation Center
The public is invited to attend the Parks and Recreation Irving Mini Master Concept Plan community meeting on Tuesday, July 23rd at 6:30 PM at the City Center West building located on the corner of 59th Avenue West and Grand Avenue. The purpose of the meeting is to share and get feedback on the proposed Irving concept plan which will serve as a guide for changes and park improvements in the future.
This planning process is in accordance with the Parks Master Plan which was adopted by the Duluth City Council. We encourage everyone to attend this meeting.
