Duluth Parks and Recreation announces Park Point Beach to open Friday, June 8th

Parks and Recreation announces the Park Point Beach and Park Point Beach House will be open starting tomorrow June 8th, weather dependent.  The YMCA is the current manager of the Park Point Beach House. This is the City of Duluth Parks and Recreation’s sanctioned swimming beach and will be staffed with life guards from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Life guards will be on duty seven days a week, weather permitting, until the last week in August.
