Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting held March 14th

The Duluth Parks and Recreation Commission's next monthly meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2012. This public meeting will be held at the Parks and Recreation office located at 12 East Fourth Street, beginning at 5:00 PM. An informational presentation will be made by Renee Mattson, Director of Spirit Mountain regarding a  work permit for Spirit Mountain: Grand Ave chalet and Matt Decur, City of Duluth regarding a perpetual easement to build the Lakewalk through portions of Kitchi-Gami Park (Brighton Beach)  and finally an informational presentation by Mark Bigelbach, Sports Facility Development and Management Group, LLC regarding domed sports stadium.

Save the Date:  Please note the Parks and Recreation Annual meeting will be held on on Wednesday, April 4th beginning at 5:00 PM at the new Public Safety Building Community Room.
