Bentleyville Transformation Begins at Bayfront: Volunteers Needed
It may feel like fall outside, but it will soon start to look a lot more like Christmas at Bayfront Festival Park in Duluth.
The Bentleyville Tour of Lights is a massive free annual family holiday light show, complete with Santa, the tallest Christmas tree in the Midwest, holiday music and fire pits for roasting marshmallows. Approximately 180,000
people visited the display last season. This year, the display opens on Novmber 19th and will illuminate Bayfront Festival Park until December 26th.
Such an event takes a tremendous amount of volunteer power as well! Anyone who is able to lend a hand with set-up is encouraged to stop down to Bayfront Park from 8:00am-4pm every Saturday and Sunday until November 12th . Lunch is served compliments of a local restaurant. Volunteers are also needed on Wednesday nights from 5 -8 pm. Hundreds of volunteers are needed to set up the holiday "magic.
Volunteer preregistration is not required. For additional information go to www.bentleyvilleusa.org
