INCIDENT LOCATION: 3162 Vernon St.
At 04:01 this morning, the Duluth Fire Department responded to report of a garage on fire at 3162 Vernon Street. Upon arrival, firefighters from Lincoln Park located and quickly extinguished two small fires on the exterior of a detached residential garage.
Though the fire damage was relatively minor, estimated at $2500, the cause of this fire is determined to be arson.
There were no injuries as a result of this fire. The fire department would ask anyone who may have information regarding this fire to call the Duluth Fire Marshal's Office at 218-730-4399 or the Duluth Police Department.
