Mayor Don Ness will hold a press conference on Monday, June 13th beginning at 1:30 PM. The press conference will be held at the Duluth Heights Community Center located at 33 West Mulberry Street. Mayor Ness will unveil a new Parks and Recreation initiative which will focus on public input.
