SUBJECT: Temporary Detour of Keene Creek Trail

Temporary detour of Keene Creek Trail June 9-16th

Trail users should be advised of a temporary trail detour of the Keene Creek Trail located in West Duluth.  The Western Lake Superior Sanitary District's contractor, Rice Lake Construction Group, will be installing an overflow pipe on the new Polk Street Pump Station Storage Tank which will require temporary closure of the trail.   It is estimated the temporary detour will begin Thursday, June 9th and end on June 16th.

Barricades will be placed just west of Central Avenue and also at Raleigh/Lesure Street.
