SUBJECT: Parks and Recreation Annual Meeting Held April 13th

Duluth Parks and Recreation Commission to hold Annual Planning Meeting Wednesday, April 13th at 5:00 PM.

The Parks and Recreation Commission's annual planning meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 13th beginning at 5:00 PM.  The Parks and Recreation Commission's monthly business meeting will take place from 4:00-5:00 PM. Renee Mattson, Director of Spirit Mountain will make a presentation on the proposed mini golf course, tubing park and zip line.

The annual meeting is an opportunity for the public to discuss the newly adopted Parks Master Plan's 54 action steps. To review the Parks Master Plan's 54 action steps go www.duluthmn.gov/parks/master_plan.cfm then click on action steps. Members of the Parks and Recreation Commission as well as staff will be on hand to listen to all thoughts from the public.

These meetings will take place at the Parks and Recreation office located at 12 East 4th Street (corner of Lake Avenue and 4th Street). For more information call the Parks and Recreation office at 218-730-4300.
