Duluth Parks and Recreation Lower Chester Mini Master Plan Meeting Scheduled for March 31
The community is invited to attend an open house meeting to discuss the park mini master plan for the City of of Duluth's Lower Chester Community Recreation Center. The meeting will be held on Thursday, March 31 beginning at 6:30 PM in the Lower Chester Recreation Center which is located at 15th Avenue East and 5th Street. The purpose of this mini master plan meeting is to establish a blueprint to achieve an economically sustainable Lower Chester park system. This public meeting will allow those interested to engage in conversation with the City Staff and other user groups.
