The Duluth Fire Department responded to an early morning house fire at 2216 W 2nd Street. The home was not being lived in at the time of the fire, and was reported by a neighbor. The home was valued at $77,000, fire crews were able to extinguish the fire quickly. Damage estimated in about $10,000.
Duluth Fire and Duluth Police investigators determined the fire to be incendiary. Anyone with information about this fire is asked to call the Arson Hot Line at 1-800-723-2020.
