Our eSuite HR Portal will be temporarily unavailable from October 28 at 5:00 PM to October 30 at 7 AM CST for scheduled maintenance while we implement updates to improve performance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

ePlace Maintenance 

Note: ePlace will be down for maintenance from 5pm Wednesday, October 28th until Friday, October 30th at 7am. Additionally, the City of Duluth will be unable to process online or over the counter payments during this time.
