Park Description
Tiny Cascade Park in Duluth’s Central Hillside has a huge history. Established in the 1850s, it was undeveloped until the 1890s and once featured a stunning, castle-like gazebo through which Clark House Creek flowed. The gazebo was later destroyed by storms, and the creek now runs underground. After years of neglect, a concrete pavilion and other improvements were made in 1975.
