"I'm actually looking to retool my skill set, which is a metaphor I learned today that is seeking a different skill set, which will provide me the ability and the means to work later into my life. I've always worked with my back to make my income. Being here is going to provide me with an opportunity to work later in my years because I will be able to physically do it."
