Utility upgrade project planned for West 9th Street in Lincoln Park

 

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is conducting sanitary sewer improvements for the existing pipe located on West 9th Street between 24th Avenue West and 23rd Avenue West in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. The work will begin the week of July 23rd and is expected to be complete in approximately 4-5 weeks. During this time, the project area on West 9th Street will be closed to vehicle traffic and on-street parking will not be allowed. There will be no service disruptions but residents within the project zone may be asked to limit showers or use of large appliances such as dishwashers or washing machines come the time the crew is ready to make the pipe new connections.
