2nd Ave West exit ramp off southbound Mesaba Ave inaccessible on December 7   

 

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Public Works and Utilities Department is working with EPC Engineering & Testing firm to conduct soil borings near 2nd Ave West and Mesaba Ave in downtown Duluth to plan for a future water line project. The soil boring requires closing the 2nd Ave West exit ramp off south bound Mesaba Ave for the day on Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 9 AM to 4 PM. Motorists should use alternate routes to access downtown.
