Lakewood Road culvert work planned for next two weeks

 

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is informing the public that starting Monday, May 22, 2017, a crew will start a large ditching and culvert improvement project on Lakewood Road as it intersects with Highway 61. Motorists using Lakewood Road will be detoured onto McDonnell Road to access Hwy 61 for the two week duration of the project. Signage will be in place to direct traffic.

 

Workers will start in the early morning hours but will try to wrap up the work site each day by 3:00 pm to allow vehicle access for the afternoon commute.
