Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for new ENDI apartments 

Date: February 7 at 10:00 AM

[Duluth, MN] - Mayor Emily Larson will join Harbor Bay Real Estate Advisors and the Duluth Economic Development Authority (DEDA) at the official ribbon cutting for ENDI, a new $38 million, 148 unit market rate rental apartments in Duluth that offers 13,000 square feet of retail space, covered parking and modern on site amenities. This project grew out of Duluth's housing shortage identified in a 2014 report and the need to meet the diverse lifestyles of young professionals, empty nesters and retirees.   

 

Mayor Larson, Tom Lund with Harbor Bay Real Estate Advisors, and Matt Cartier the Vice President of DEDA will make remarks and be available for questions.

 

Members of the media can access the covered parking by using 22nd Ave South.  Once inside, take the elevator in the north corner of the ramp to the Lobby level.

 

A brief tour will be provided following the speeches and ceremony.
