Unemployment Insurance Questions and Answers
- To maintain the health and safety of clients and staff, CareerForce in Duluth is currently closed to the public.
- City of Duluth Workforce Development staff will be working remotely starting March 18thand eliminating in-person appointments. DWD staff will be monitoring their email and phone messages daily.
- Staff from other agencies housed within CareerForce will also be moving away from in-person appointments, and many will be working from home.
- Phone lines are open and will be answered as soon as possible. Call your CareerForce employment counselor or the front desk with questions: 218-302-8400

- The system is available Monday through Friday from 6:00 A.M.to 8:00 P.M. Central Time.
