Community Relations Officer
The Community Relations Officer plays a critical role in ensuring Duluthians have access to City resources and services, serves as a liaison between the Mayor’s office and City departments, other governmental agencies, and community organizations.
Prior to stepping into the role of Community Relations Officer position in February of 2023, Breanna worked in a variety of fields including education, community organizing, non-profit leadership and workforce development. She is a licensed educator and holds a Bachelor’s degree in both History and Teaching Social studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth. In her free time, she serves the board of various non-profit organizations and coaches youth basketball and college rugby. She lives in Duluth’s Lakeside neighborhood with her partner and their pets.
