St. Andrews Street Bridge Replacement
The St. Andrews Street Bridge Replacement Project will replace a double barrel steel culvert (Bridge No. L8514) crossing St. Andrews Street at Tischer Creek. After the existing culvert is removed, a new pre-cast concrete single barrel culvert will be installed and the roadway will be restored. The construction will be performed by Northland Constructors of Duluth and be overseen by LHB, Inc. Construction is anticipated to begin in July 2024 and be complete in October 2024. The road will be closed to all traffic during construction. This project will be financed by State Local Bridge Replacement Program funds and local City funds.
