Mini Master Plans 2013

The Parks Master Plan was passed in January of 2011. Each project area will have its own mini-master plan planning process. This will include utilizing professionals and city staff and incorporating public participation.

Current Mini Master Plans

  •  Hartley Park Mini-Master Plan – The third and last public meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, April 15 beginning at 6 pm and will be held at Concordia Lutheran Church (please note the change in location) at 2501 Woodland Avenue. We encourage your comments on the draft plan which can be downloaded below. If you are unable to attend this meeting or feel more comfortable submitting written comments, please fill out the comment form below by April 30. We have extended the original deadline to compensate for the rescheduled meeting date. Thank you!
  • Chester Park Mini Master Plan – Thank you to everyone that submitted comments and attended the various public meetings over the past 20 months. City staff and our consultants are currently reviewing all the comments. Chester Park is a well-loved park with a variety of possible recreational amenities. This is evident from the thoughtful comments we have received. Staff are carefully considering all comments and will take the needed time to do this. There will be future announcements regarding next steps.
